George NEWNES (n. la 13-an de marto 1851 - m. la 9-an de junio 1910) estis brita entreprenisto kaj magazineldonisto. Li ĉefe famiĝis kiel eldonisto de la magazino The Strand Magazine ekde 1891, en kiu Arthur Conan Doyle publikigis la aventurojn de Sherlock Holmes. Li ankaŭ eldonis aliajn gazetojn kiel The Westminster Gazette (1873), Tit-Bits (1881), The Wide World Magazine (1888) kaj Country Life (1897).

Li estis membro de la brita parlamento kaj financis la antarktan ekspedicion Southern Cross de Carsten Borchgrevink.
