Dispuro [(26.15°N 91.77°E)] estas la ĉefurbo de la nordorienta gubernio de Asamio en Barato. Ĝi iĝis ĉefurbo en 1973. Antaŭe, ĝi estis ĉirkaŭurbo de Guvahati. Dispuro iĝis la ĉefurbo post la urbo Ŝilongo, kiu iĝis la ĉefurbo de nove formita subŝtato Meghalajo.
Al la sudo de Dispuro estas mitologie grava ŝivaa templo Baŝiŝta (Bashishta). Apud Dispur estas la praa urbo Ĝatia (जतिया, Jatia).
