Beriu (hungare: Berény, germane: Lammdorf) estas komunumo en Rumanio sudokcidente de Orăștie. En 1910 ĝi havis 741 loĝantojn (rumanoj); en 1992 625. La unua skriba mencio estas el 1332 kiel ekleziejo. Ĝis 1919 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Hunyad vármegye). Administre apartenas al ĝi la vilaĝoj Căstău, Cucuiș, Măgureni, Orăștioara de Jos, Poieni, Sereca kaj Sibișel.
La origina germana loĝantaro malkreskis dum la turka invado inter 1420 kaj 1430, kaj poste ĝin anstataŭis rumanaj loĝantoj.
