Abomaso

Abomaso (abomasus) estas la kvara fako de la remaĉula stomako, lokita post omaso. Nomatas ankaŭ kazeiga stomako, ĉar tranĉita el la bovido, kaprido aŭ ŝafido ĝi servis por kazeigi lakton, fari kazeon, fromaĝon. La aliaj stomakaj fakoj (rumeno, centipelio, omaso) estas nomitaj antaŭ-stomakoj, ĉar ili partoprenas al mikroba digesto, sed la grava enzima digesto okzas en tiu ĉi abomaso.
