Your submission at Articles for creation: Victor Tinambunan (November 13)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Hurricane Wind and Fire was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Hello. There are only two sources in the article, not enough to contribute to the general notability guideline. Before resubmitting, find more reliable sources to establish notability.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to change the title of Draft:Victor Tinambunan by cutting its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Victor Tinambunan. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. -- Reconrabbit 17:12, 13 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm IsCat. I noticed that you recently removed content from W. T. P. Simarmata without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did at S. A. E. Nababan, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use your sandbox for that. Thank you. Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Victor Tinambunan when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 18:21, 15 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for paying attention, but the Victor Tinambunan article was actually written by me, i appreciate the interest of course, but it’s a bit amusing when someone with a 14 year old account steps in and acts like they’ve been part of the whole process from the start. Having an old account doesn’t automatically make someone involved in every article, and it certainly doesn’t change who actually put in the work. Still, it’s nice to see that you noticed the page, even if the enthusiasm came with a level of familiarity that didn’t quite match the Contribution… well, to set things straight, everything in the Victor Tinambunan article comes from my own effort. The research, the writing, the formatting all of it is my work. I don’t mind people taking an interest, but trying to slide into the picture as if you had even the slightest involvement is a bit strange, especially when the history clearly says otherwise. An account being 14 years old doesn’t magically turn someone into a contributor, and it definitely doesn’t grant a free pass to act like part of the team. So yes, the contribution is mine, and pretending otherwise won’t change a single line of it. Zekeon (talk) 03:40, 16 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Writing an article does not grant ownership of it, as WP:OWN explains. Believing that an article has an owner of this sort is a common mistake people make on Wikipedia. Once an article is published on WP, regardless of who created it, anyone is free to improve it based on reliable sources. Ckfasdf (talk) 12:38, 17 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Bonar Napitupulu requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I reverted your edit

Just a note to let you know that I reverted your edit where you changed the number of fatalities in the infobox of the 2026 Bekasi train crash article from 15 to 16. Your edit was not supported by a reliable source. Please do not add any content to WP articles without also adding a reliable source. In this case, what made your action worse is that the infobox contradicted what it says in the body of the article. Wikipedia:Verifiability is a policy of Wikipedia; please make sure that you 100% adhere to that. Schwede66 21:10, 29 April 2026 (UTC)[reply]

When you were adding content to the page, you added duplicate arguments to a template which can cause issues with how the template is rendered. Nanik Sudaryati Deyang moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Nanik Sudaryati Deyang. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it has no sources and it has too many errors of formatting. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 16:45, 3 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Simply reverting a draftification because you want to see your article published is highly disruptive. The article has zero sources and multiple errors. Please work on this as a draft before submitting it for review. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 17:10, 3 June 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Stop

You need to stop creating pages for people with ZERO references. This is in violation of Wikipedia policy and is highly disruptive. If you wish to create an article, please create a DRAFT article and submit it for creation. The pages you have created thus far are not appropriate.
