On September 10, he did this, this and this edit, which resulted Majora in starting a discussion about my account (XPanettaa) and attempting to have my account blocked or banned from the file namespace entirely, but the discussion was archived and not fulfilled. Later, on October 11, he did this edit, which was converted back to fair use by Graeme Bartlett one day later, saying "Too complex for public domain". One day later, he did this edit and two days later, he did he did this edit, which resulted resulted Majora in starting another discussion about my account (as the previous attempt to get my account to stop has failed) and attempting to have my account blocked or banned from the file namespace entirely, and the discussion has been fulfilled by you. I saw it. He did things that are not permitted and therefore prohibited on September 10, October 11, 12 and 14, while I was not home and therefore enjoying in the amusement park, shopping, having a party with someone in the penthouse, and so on. I know that images must be licensed correctly to ensure that we are following relevant copyright laws and I really do understand the copyright policy and the policies regarding how to use non-free content, but my friend doesn't. I have spoken to my friend and he has gotten a lot of past and says that he made a huge mistake for what he did with my account while I'm not home. However, I'll continue to be frustrated by my subsequent good work being removed when I get blocked, because that work was created by one of the IP addresses (which are not used by me, but by someone else as I was spending days and hours trying to do something in order to get unblocked since I got blocked by Black Kite on the English Wikipedia on October 21 until Jauerback terminated my talk page access and TomStar81 terminated my email access in late October, taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime until Drmies restored my talk page and email access on December 20). However, some of my works are not created by them. The IP 86.84.247.233, which was subsequently passed over to a friend who wanted to edit things here, created halfway most of my work while the school IP 41.138.146.132, which was used by the one who doesn't have an account, created some of my work, I think. What I was doing is adding content, sources, categories, images (if I found it), etc. In addition, I was also updating, expanding, improving and/or creating pages (if it doesn't exist yet), correcting spelling and fixing typos, so the only feasibly realistic way to do this is to do it from this account once it is unblocked. What Karst said. I didn't reply because I'm not particularly interested (nor is any admin) about the details of any dispute. An administrator needs to be convinced that the disruption to Wikipedia, which led to this block, won't be repeated if this account is unblocked. A primary function of administrators is to maintain the stability of the Wikipedia project. Maintaining stability is the basic underlying reason why accounts get blocked. @Karst: Okay, I understand what you said. By the way, as I have said below, I never used IPs to evade the block from October to December. At that period I was spending days and hours trying to do something in order to get unblocked since I got blocked by Black Kite on the English Wikipedia on October 21 until Jauerback terminated my talk page access and TomStar81 terminated my email access in late October and after my talk page and email access has been terminated by them, I submitted a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System and after the UTRS appeal was declined on November 7, I began taking a break, having a hiatus from November 8 and doing something else for sometime (as an administrator, Salvidrim said to me via email discussion) until Drmies restored my talk page and email access on December 20. Also in that period, a friend used the IP address of my account (86.84.247.233) as they wanted to edit articles here, but you reported the IP they used and got it blocked for block evasion, even though I didn't use it. That IP has been blocked twice in October and once in December. After that IP has been blocked for three months on December 20, you reported the school IP (141.138.146.132) three days later. However, I am not 141.138.146.132, who said that they're not a sock puppet or guilty for sock puppetry as my account and the IP address of my account and that they've (for to me unknown reasons) been linked to are in no way associated with them, that they are not the same person as me and a friend, who used the IP address of my account or whatever, that they are "however a different person and another anonymous user but don't have an account etc" and "that they occasionally edit things on Wikipedia, but I don't do here often" here and here, I have no idea who they are and is the first I've seen them on Wikipedia. I think that the school IP should be unblocked, because I'm not that user and I didn't use them, but by the one who "don't have an account etc".

And as for you, Anachronist, I understand what you said, but the time has come that I want be unblocked as I sincerely want to contribute and after I have learned my lesson earlier.
