The IP address named is of a host which I use as a personal (not open) proxy and also serves my web site. It is not to my knowledge an open proxy, HTTP or otherwise. Since your contribution history is solid, I'll enable the ipblockexempt flag on this account which should allow you to edit until I can run the scan.
