@Control-alt-delete: Why are you adding unsourced content to Wikipedia? scope_creepTalk 22:01, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
- @Scope creep: Why are you adding passive aggressive comments to Wikipedia? It's sourced on the original article. Control-alt-delete ★ user◾talk◾favs 23:41, 1 August 2024 (UTC)
- Passive aggressive? Dude if you add any more unsourced content I'm going to have you up at wp:ani, in a New York minute. Every sentence that is added to Wikipedia needs a reference, even if the content copied from another article. It gets referenced. Dumping paragraphs of unsourced content into another article is not only deeply uncool, it clearly indicates WP:CIR issues as its illegal as unsourced. If there is unsourced content that is being copied, you first provide attribution, which is strictly required (I don't see anywhere either) and then you source it. Everytime. Do not do it. scope_creepTalk 23:53, 1 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Scope creep Instead of writing walls of text why don't you give me a New York minute to actually add the citations? Control-alt-delete ★ user◾talk◾favs 23:54, 1 August 2024 (UTC)
- Tons of sources here, which I'm trying to copy in but you keep causing edit conflicts on:
- Hydrogenation plants Pölitz - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Control-alt-delete ★ user◾talk◾favs 00:00, 2 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Control-alt-delete: Your references are junk, the content isn't sourced, linked or attributed, you have WP:CIR issues and your abusive. I'd rather you didn't work any articles I worked on, as your giving me work. You don't even do proper citations. It is low-quality junk. I've repored you. scope_creepTalk 00:30, 2 August 2024 (UTC)
- @Scope creep You don't have a choice but for other people to "work on articles you worked on". This is a community-driven website with many authors. You clearly have too much of an interest in this to not be biased. You began the abuse from the get-go. Don't act like the victim. Control-alt-delete ★ user◾talk◾favs 00:34, 2 August 2024 (UTC)
- Additionally, I have copied many of the citations from other articles so they're not "my" references. Take a break! Control-alt-delete ★ user◾talk◾favs 00:35, 2 August 2024 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Supabase

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Supabase requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, a group of people, an individual animal, an organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content, or an organized event that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Ponyobons mots 23:01, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- Note that a significantly more substantial version of Supabase was recently deleted by community consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Supabase (2nd nomination).-- Ponyobons mots 23:02, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- I just did a search for Supabase and was surprised not to find it on Wikipedia. Then I saw all the comments for deletion the grounds of credible importance. It might help to note that an industry standard website that tracks The Top Database Index [1] ranks Supabase #5 in the world. This index ranks the top 32 databases by popularity in searches and almost everyone of these has a Wikipedia article except #5 Supabase. Like me, you may not like the name Supabase, it sounds childish, but you can't argue its not important since it outranks the likes of Microsoft #8, SAP #13, IBM #16 which I'm sure you have heard of. I for one would argue that the article should be created. Perhaps the draft needs more work. Lbecque (talk) 23:46, 9 April 2026 (UTC)
- @Lbecque In my opinion, somebody in Wikipedia probably works for a competitor of Supabase, and is doing everything in their power to stop the article being published. It makes no sense. Supabase is huge, but because @Ponyo hasn't heard of it, he instantly deletes the article. It's pathetic. I talked to him about it, and I said very similar to what you just said - but it is no use, I give up! Here's our conversation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Ponyo#Deletion_of_Supabase - If I were a director of Supabase then I would be keen to take legal action against Wikipedia for it, since it is clearly verifiably important at so many different sources. Zero discussion by Ponyo, just an instant deletion, whilst I was still editing the article, mere minutes after publishing it. One man wields so much power that it has gone to his head! Control-alt-delete ★ user◾talk◾favs 20:14, 13 April 2026 (UTC)
- Control-alt-delete, if you continue to cast baseless assertions about other editors' motives in the Supabase deletion discussions, I will block you from editing. I deleted the article as a basic adminstrative action because the community determined, twice, that the article didn't meet the criteria for inclusion. I have not heard of Supabase and could not care less whether there is an article on it; what I do care about is ensuring Wikipedia's policies and guidelines are upheld. I provided you with options for getting the draft recreated and you prefer to just throw your hands up and blame others. That's on you. I have no idea how you racked up 1000+ edits and think that you can make unproven accusations against your fellow editors or incorrectly assume that any person or company would have any standing in a lawsuit simply because this private website has determined that they don't meet the criteria for inclusion here. And I'm not a man.-- Ponyobons mots 20:29, 13 April 2026 (UTC)
