The Voice article

Hello, thank you for your efforts on The Voice USA main page. So sorry, I accidentally tagged you and left and edit message to you when I meant to send a blunt message to the vandal. Got the Usernames mixed up. Happy New Year :) Wikisteveb4 (talk) 00:20, 29 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

No worries. Happy New Year to you as well. Cheers,   Aloha27  talk  02:59, 29 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A question about a warning message

I see that you posted a warning at User talk:185.214.220.199 about edit-warring at Donald Nielson (by which, incidentally, you meant Donald Neilson. Why didn't you post a similar warning at User talk:Gcarrell? JBW (talk) 19:10, 14 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I counted 19 IP edits in around thirty minutes here. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Donald_Neilson&action=history A TAD warry IMO. Regards,   Aloha27  talk  01:11, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I don't understand. What does the number of edits have to do with it? JBW (talk) 22:49, 15 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you revert my edit on Justin Trudeau's article?

I see that as a useful message, for anyone that may seek Justin Adriel de Castro but doesn't want to write his whole name. I could see some Filipino people doing that, and I don't think most Filipinos are aware about the Justin Castro meme/conspiracy theory. I'm talking about this edit. Crocusfleur (talk) 17:33, 25 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I'm going to find out precisely why here was a redirect from "Justin Castro" to Justin Trudeau in the first place, done earlier this year. AFAIK, there are no reliable sources stating this to be fact. I believe the reference to be a result of far/alt-right garbage. Regards,   Aloha27  talk  17:43, 25 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
For my own notes, the user subsequently edited the redirect I'd made [here] to the conspiracy theorist page.   Aloha27  talk  14:48, 26 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2025 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:29, 18 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You may be eligible to vote in the U4C election

I am contacting you because you previously voted in elections related to the Universal Code of Conduct Coordinating Committee (U4C). You may be eligible to vote in the current U4C election, which is open now and closes on 2 June 2026. You can find out more about the candidates and the election on the election page on Meta, and from there you can access the vote itself. Your participation in these elections is important to the governance of Wikimedia communities, and your time spent learning about the candidates and voting is appreciated.
