Hi - I have tagged this article as likely containing AI generated text. This is about most of the article "splits," such as this, this, and this, from 2024. The edit summaries here claims they are simply splitting off content, but what isn't mentioned is that they introduce what appear to be summaries of the old content, and those summaries appear to be AI-generated, based on various WP:AISIGNS.

• These various adaptations and reinterpretations highlight the versatility and enduring appeal of Batman as a character, allowing for a rich exploration of his mythology across different narratives and settings. -- Superficial analyses, promotional tone, AI vocabulary, all in one sentence, no citation. No such claim was in the original version, it simply described the adaptations without editorializing about them.
• which delved into the complexities of heroism and villainy -- Obviously we have "delved" here -- still common in LLM text in 2024, and there's another later in the paragraph -- and it's also not an accurate rewrite of the original text ("redefined the character's origins")
• The chilling return of the Joker in "Death of the Family" explored the intricate relationships within Batman's extended family of allies and adversaries... - Non-neutral ("chilling"), not an accurate rewrite of the original text ("the Joker returns to Gotham and attacks each member of the Batman family"), and AI-esque ("intricate relationships," "ever-evolving landscape," etc)

This is so old, omg. I did use AI to summarize the publication history before moving it into its own page here: Publication history of Batman. The article was too long, it was over 10,000 words, so I split it. I don’t encourage using AI, but that’s what I did a while ago, sorry :)

I would suggest copyediting the summary to use your own words. I checked both allies and sidekicks, the only batgirl mentioned is stephanie brown, and thats just because of her time as Robin. Barbara Gordon is the first batgirl, and while she has moved on to Oracle, shes still often the one behind the cowl when Batgirl is mentioned in media. Even as Oracle she is an important part of Batman’s team in a support role. Also Cassandra Cain should probably be listed too. I also don’t see Batwoman (Kate Kane) anywhere?
