Mosles liegt etwa 16 Kilometer westnordwestlich von Bayeux. Umgeben wird Mosles von den Nachbargemeinden Aure sur Mer im Norden, Étréham im Nordosten, Tour-en-Bessin im Osten, Crouay und Blay im Süden, Mandeville-en-Bessin im Westen sowie Surrain im Nordwesten.
