Geographie

Devay liegt etwa 32 Kilometer südöstlich von Nevers an der Loire. Umgeben wird Devay von den Nachbargemeinden Champvert im Norden, Charrin im Osten, Cossaye im Süden und Südwesten sowie Decize im Westen und Nordwesten.
