Snoopy

Snoopy je fiktivni lik psa iz popularnog stripa zvanog Peanuts. Snoopyja je osmislio Charles M. Schulz.[1][2]

U početku se pojavljivao u stripu. Već 1965. pojavile su se crtane serije u kojima je glavni lik Snoopy, a epizode su trajale do 2006.

Snoopy se u stripu prvi put pojavio 4. oktobra 1950. Njegov autor ga je namjeravao nazvati "Sniffy", ali se predomislio. Isprva je bio pas lutalica i nije pripadao dječaku Charlieju Brownu. Snoopy nije dugo bio pas lutalica, a to je spomenuto tek godinu i dva mjeseca nakon izlaženja prvog broja stripa. Snoopy ima i kućnog ljubimca, žutu ptičicu Woodstock.
