GNU MCSim je programski paket softvera za pravljenje simulacija.[1] Ovaj softver dozvoljava korisniku da sam korisnik dizajnira vlastite statističke ili simulacijske modele, izvodi Monte Carlo simulacije i Bayesianov zaključak kroz modele Markova lanca. Interno softver koristi jedan dio GNU biblioteka za neke numeričke proračune.

Projekt je započeo 1991. u Berkleyju kada su Don Maszle i Frederic Y. Bois preveli program koji je Bois razvio na Harvardu. Primarna motivacija bila je brzo razvijanje i održavanje PBPK modela.
