Lex Luthor je fiktivni lik, supernegativac iz romana DC Comicsa, najžešći protivnik Supermana. Izmislili su ga Jerry Siegel i Joe Shuster.
Na televiziji
Gene Hackman glumi Lexa Luthora u filmovima Superman, Superman II i Superman IV: Traganje za mirom. U filmu Superman Povratak Luthora glumi Kevin Spacey. Otkriveno je da je Luthor bio glavni negativac u filmu Atom Man protiv Supermana. Glumio ga je Lyle Talbot. U seriji Lois & Clarck: Nove pustolovine Supermana Luthora glumi John Shea. U seriji Smallville, Lexa Luthora tumači Michael Rosenbaum.
