Kuter

Kuter je naziv za mali i brzi jedrenjak s jednim jarbolom. Karakterizira ga jedno sošno i vršno jedro te jedno ili više letnih jedara na pramcu.
Kuteri su tradicionalno služili za carinsku službu, a početkom 20. vijeka su bili opremljeni motorima. Danas se u Britaniji i SAD carinski i brodovi Obalne straže ponekad nazivaju kuterima.
