Kirovska oblast (ruski: Кировская о́бласть) jest federalna oblast u Rusiji. Prema popisu iz 2010. godine u ovoj oblasti je živjelo 1.341.312 stanovnika.[1] Administrativno središte oblasti je Kirov. Oblast je uspostavljena 7. decembra 1934.
