Charles Joseph John "Joe" Hart (rođen 19. aprila 1987) engleski je bivši nogometaš koji je igrao na poziciji golmana.
Hart je bio nominiran za PFA mladog igrača godine 2010. ali je titulu ponio njegov klupski saigrač James Milner. Međutim, u sezoni 2009/2010. izabran je za najboljeg golmana u Premier League kada je nastupao za Birmingham City na posudbi. Vratio se u Manchester City u sezoni 2010/2011. kada je osvojio Barclays Zlatne rukavice za najviše utakmica bez primljenog gola tokom premijerligaške sezone. Ovaj uspjeh je ponovio u sezoni 2011/2012. i bio je jedan od ključnih igrača Manchester Citya tokom njihove uspješne sezone 2011/2012. Istu nagradu je osvojio i treći put zaredom u sezoni 2012/2013.
Prvi reprezentativni nastup upisao je u septembru 2010.[1]
