Haram (arapski: حرام Ḥarām) je arapska riječ koja znači zabranjeno ili nedozvoljeno. Jedan je od kvalifikatora po kojima islamsko pravo kvalifikuje bilo koji ljudski postupak. Haram je sve ono što je zabranjeno raditi, i za što slijedi kazna.
Haram (kao izraz) često se koristi kad je nešto duševno ili religijski "nečisto". Muslimanima naravno nije dozvoljeno činjenje harama tj. uzimanje/korištenje haram namirnica[1] te nepoštivanje onoga što je šerijatom određeno.
