Borr

Borr ili Burr je u Nordijskoj mitologiji bio Burijev sin i Odinov otac. Spominje se u Gylfaginningu (ili Obmanjivanju Gylfija), dijelu Prozne Edde Snorrija Sturlusona.

[Búri] gat son þann er Borr er nefndr. Hann fekk þeirar konu er Bestla er nefnd, dóttir Bölþorns jötuns, ok gátu þau þrjá sonu. Hét einn Óðinn, annarr Vili, þriði Vé.[1] [Búri] dobi sina zvanog Borr koji oženi ženu zvanu Bestla, kćer diva Bölthorna; i oni imadoše tri sina; jedan bješe Odin, drugi Vili, a treći Vé.

Borr se, osim ovdje, više i ne spominje u Proznoj Eddi. U narodnoj poeziji Odin se tek povremeno pominje kao Borrov sin, ali se osim toga ne daje više informacija o njemu. Borrova uloga u mitologiji je nejasna i nema dokaza da je bio obožavan u Nordijskom paganizmu.
