Aplificirana sekvenca 1 karcinoma dojče je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran genom BCAS1.[5][6]

Sekvenca 1 karcinomom dojke (BCAS1) izolirana je iz regije na poziciji 20q13 koji je umnožen u raznim tumorskim tipovima i povezan s agresivnijim fenotipovima tumora. Među identificiranim genima iz ove regije, utvrđeno je da je BCAS1 visoko eksprimiran u triamlificirane ćelijske linije raka dojke i u jednom tumoru dojke bez amlifikacije na 20q13,2. Međutim, gen BCAS1 nije u zajedničkom području maksimalne amplifikacije i njegova ekspresija nije otkrivena u ćelijskoj liniji raka dojke MCF7, u kojoj je ova regija jako umnožena. Iako nije dosljedno izražen, BCAS1 je kandidatski onkogen. Predviđa se da kodira protein od 584 aminokiselina, bez značajne homologije sa ostalim proteinima.[6]
