Admeta (starogrčki: Ἀδμήτη , "neprekinuti", "odzvan" ili "nepromijenjen"[1]) u grčkoj mitologiji bila je boginja kišnih oluja i jedna od 3.000 Okeanida, kćeri Titana Okeana i njegove supruge Tetide.[2][3][4] Braća su joj bili riječni bogovi, njih 3.000. Možda je bila nimfa planinskog potoka, ili oblaka i kiše. Postoje mišljenja da je bila i boginja neudatih djevojaka, dopunjavajući i suprotstavljajući se svojoj sestri Zeuks koja predstavlja bračni jaram. Uran i Geja su joj bili baka i djed i po ocu i po majci.
Ime Admete/Admeta bilo je ženski oblik Admetusa. Zajedno sa svojim drugim sestrama, Admeta je bila jedna od pratilja Perzefone na Siciliji kada je bog Had oteo Demetrinu kćer.[5] Higin je spominje u predgovoru svg Priručnika kao Admetus, stavljajući je kao Pontovu i Talasinu sestru.
Hesiod je spominje u svojoj Teogoniji, u stihu 349.
