Pascal Couchepin
De Pascal Couchepin (* 5. April 1942 z Martinach, VS), heimatberächtigt z Martinach, isch en Schwiizer Politiker vo de FDP.
Er isch am 11. März 1998 in Bundesrat gwählt worde. Während siinere Amtsziit isch er däne Departement vorgschtande:
- 1998–2002: Eidgenössischs Volkswirtschaftsdepartement
- 2003–2009: Eidgenössischs Departement vom Innere
Er isch im 2003 und 2008 Bundespräsident und im 2002 und 2007 Vizepräsident gsii. Am 12. Juni 2009 het er sin Rücktritt uf Endi Oktober bekannt gäh.[1] Zu sim Nochfolger isch im September 2009 de Didier Burkhalter gwählt worde.
