Zakuski

Zakuski (jamak dari bahasa Rusia: закуски [zɐˈkuskʲɪ]; tunggal zakuska dari закуска; bahasa Polandia: zakąski, zakąska) adalah berbagai macam makanan pembuka dingin, hidangan utama, dan camilan dalam budaya kuliner di negara-negara berbahasa Slavia.[1][2] Makanan ini disajikan sebagai hidangan tersendiri atau "dimaksudkan untuk menemani setiap tegukan vodka atau minuman beralkohol lainnya".[3] Kata ini secara harfiah berarti 'sesuatu untuk dikunyah setelahnya'.[4] Makanan ini kemungkinan besar berasal dan dipengaruhi melalui perpaduan budaya Slavia, Viking-Nordik, dan Oriental di wilayah Rus awal seperti Republik Novgorod.[5][6]
