The Thing (Benjamin "Ben" Grimm) adalah seorang pahlawan super fiksi yang muncul di buku komik Amerika yang diterbitkan oleh Marvel Comics. Diciptakan oleh Jack Kirby dan Stan Lee di The Fantastic Four #1 (Nov. 1961). Penampilan yang paling dikenal adalah tubuhnya yang terbuat dari batu cadas berwarna oranye, memiliki sifat humoris, bermata biru dan teriakan terkenalnya pada saat bertarung, "It's clobberin' time!" membuatnya sebagai tokoh komik terkenal dan populer.

Aktor Michael Bailey Smith memainkan Ben Grimm dalam film The Fantastic Four pada tahun 1994, Michael Chiklis menggambarkan The Thing dalam film 2005 Fantastic Four dan sekuel 2007 Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, sementara Jamie Bell berperan dalam Fantastic Four (2015).
