RAYDAC

RAYDAC (Raytheon Digital Automatic Computer) - Raytheon төзегән үз төрендәге бердәнбер санак булган. Ул 1949 елда башланган булган һәм 1953 елда тәмамланган булган.[1][2] Ул Пойнт Мугу, Калифорниядә Диңгез Флоты Һава Ракеталары Сынау Үзәгендә куелган булган.

RAYDAC-та 5200 вакуум лампа,[3] һәм 18000 кристаллик диод кулланылган булган. Аның 1152 сүзле хәтере булган (бер сүздә утыз-алты бит), тоткарлау сызыгы хәтере кулланылган булган, мөрәҗәгать вакыты 305 микросекунда булган. Кушу вакыты 38 микросекунда, тапкырлау вакыты 240 микросекунда, һәм бүлү вакыты 375 микросекунда булган. (Бу вакытларга хәтергә мөрәҗәгать итү вакыты керми.)[4]
