Si Wadjet (Ehipsiyo: w3ḏyt, "ang isang berde") na kilala sa daigdig na Griyego bilang Uto o Buto at iba pa, ay orihinal na lokal na diyosa ng siyudad na Dep (Buto) na naging bahagi ng siyudad na pinangalanan ng mga Ehipsiyo na Per-Wadjet, Bahay ni Wadjet at tinawag na mga Griyego na Buto (ngayon ay Desouk) na mahalaga sa predinastikong Ehipto at sa mga pag-unlad na kultural ng Paleolitiko. Siya ang patron at taga-ingat ng Mababang Ehipto at sa pag-iisa ng Itaas na Ehipto ay naging kasanib na taga-ingat at patrol ng lahat ng Ehipto sa diyosa ng Itaas na Ehipto. Ang larawan ni Wadjet na may disko ng araw ay tinatawag na uraeus at ang emblem ng korona ng mga pinuno ng Mababang Ehipto. SIya rin ang taga-ingat ng mga hari at babae sa panganganak.
