Si Toshihide Maskawa (o Masukawa) (益川 敏英 Masukawa Toshihide, ipinanganak noong 7 Pebrero 1940 sa Nagoya, Hapon) ay isang pisikong teoretikal na Hapones na kilala sa kanyang paggawa sa paglabag na CP. Siya ay ginawaran ng Gantimpalang Nobel sa Pisika noong 2008 kasama ng iba pa para sa "pagkakatuklas ng nasirang simetriya na humuhula sa hindi bababa sa tatlong pamilya ng mga quark sa kalikasan".[1]
