Si Toshihide Maskawa (o Masukawa) (益川 敏英, Masukawa Toshihide, ipinanganak noong 7 Pebrero 1940 sa Nagoya, Hapon) ay isang pisikong teoretikal na Hapones na kilala sa kanyang paggawa sa paglabag na CP.
