Ang Tisens (Italyano: Tesimo [ˈteːzimo]) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa lalawigan ng Lalawigang Awtonomo ng Bolzano, rehiyon ng Trentino-Alto Adigio, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 15 kilometro (9 mi) hilagang-kanluran ng lungsod ng Bolzano.
Ang commune ay tahanan ng Kastilyo Katzenzungen na may 350+ taong gulang na baging ng binong Italyano na grape variety na Versoaln na itinuturing na isa sa pinakamatanda at pinakamalaking solong ubasan na umiiral sa mundo.[3]
