Ang Taoiseach (bigkas: /ˈtiːʃəx/[3]; Irish pronunciation: [t̪ˠiːʃəx]), plural Taoisigh ([t̪ˠiːʃiː] o [t̪ˠiːʃəɟ]), tinatawag ring An Taoiseach ([ən t̪ˠiːʃəx]),[4] ang pinuno ng pamahalaan ng Irlanda.

Ang Taoiseach ay itinatalaga ng Pangulo matapos ang pagmumungkahi ng Dáil Éireann (ang mababang kapulungan ng Oireachtas), at kailangang, makuha ang suporta ng mayorya sa Dáil habang siya ay nanunungkulan. Ang gampanin ng Taoiseach ay ang katulad nang sa isang punong ministro.[5]

Ang kasalukuyang Taoiseach ay si Brian Cowen, TD, pinuno ng partidong Fianna Fáil.
