Si Song Chang-eui (ipinanganak 24 Enero 1979) ay isang artista mula sa Timog Korea. Nagsimula si Song Chang-eui ng kanyang karera nang lumabas siya sa teatrong musikal noong 2002 na Blue Saigon.[1][2] Kilala siya sa pagganap bilang isang rakistang transgender sa Hedwig and the Angry Inch.[3]
