Ang Bayan ng Sitangkai ay isang ikalawang klaseng bayan sa lalawigan ng Tawi-Tawi, Pilipinas. Noong Oktubre 2006, humiwalay ang 16 na barangay at bumuo ng bagong bayan ng Sibutu, Tawi-Tawi. Ayon sa senso ng 2024, ito ay may populasyon na 42,172 sa may 6,842 na kabahayan.
