Ang Seulo (Seulu sa Wikang Sardo) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Timog Cerdeña, rehiyon ng Cerdeña, kanlurang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) hilaga ng Cagliari. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 970 at may lawak na 58.8 kilometro kuwadrado (22.7 mi kuw).[2]

May hangganan ito sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Aritzo, Arzana, Gadoni, Sadali, Seui, at Villanova Tulo.

Hawak ni Seulo ang rekord ng 20 sentenaryo mula 1996 hanggang 2016, na ginagawa itong lugar kung saan ang mga tao ay may pinakamahabang buhay sa mundo.[3]
