Ang sebada (Ingles: barley) ay isang uri ng butil o angkak (mga sereales) [1] na nagmumula sa halaman o taunang damong Hordeum vulgare. Pangunahing itong ginagamit na halaman o pananim na pagkain para sa mga hayop, ang mas kaunting bilang ay nagagamit para sa pagmamalto (malting sa Ingles) ng serbesa at wiski (ang whiskey). Ginagamit din ito para sa paghahanda ng mga pagkaing pampalusog. Noong 2007, inihanay ang sebada bilang pang-apat na pinakamaraming nagawang produkto (136 milyong mga tonelada) at sa area ng kultibasyon (566,000 km²).[2] Kasama ng trigo, isa ang sebada sa pinagmumulan ng mga pampaalsang ginagamit sa pagluluto ng tinapay.[3]
