Ang Scillato (Siciliano: Scillatu) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Palermo, rehiyon ng Sicilia, Katimugang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) timog-silangan ng Palermo. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 671 at may lawak na 30.8 kilometro kuwadrado (11.9 mi kuw).[3]
