Ang "Reward" ay isang awit ng Ingles band na The Teardrop Explodes. Ito ay pinakawalan bilang isang solong sa unang bahagi ng 1981 at ito ay ang pinakamalaking hit ng banda, na sumisilip sa No. 6 sa UK at No. 11 sa Ireland.[1][2] Ang kanta ay hindi una kasama sa orihinal na 1980 UK at Europa na naglabas ng kanilang debut album na Kilimanjaro, ngunit kasama sa paglabas ng 1980 US kasama ang track na "Suffocate" (pinapalitan ang dalawang mga track mula sa paglabas ng UK).
