Raul Sagarbarria Roco (26 Oktubre 1941 – 8 Abril 2018) ay isang politiko sa Pilipinas. Siya ang napiling kumandidato ng Aksiyon Demokratiko, na kaniyang itinatag, para sa pagkapresidente sa eleksiyon ng Pilipinas noong 2004. Dati siyang senador at kalihim ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon sa ilalim ng Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
Ipinanganak si Roco sa lungsod ng Naga, Camarines Sur kina Sulpicio Azuela Roco, isang magbubukid, at Rosario Orlanda Sagarbarria, isang gurong pampublikong paaralan. Ikinasal si Roco kay Sonia Cubillo Malasarte, na taga-Bohol. Mayroon silang anim na anak (Robbie Pierre, Raul Jr., Sophia, Sareena, Rex at Synara) at apat na apo.
Noong 8 Abril 2018, namatay si Roco sa sakit na prostate cancer sa Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital, Lungsod ng Cebu. Ililibing siya sa kaniyang bayang sinilingan.
