Ang Pomarance ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa lalawigan ng Pisa sa rehiyon ng Toscana sa gitnang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 60 kilometro (37 mi) timog-kanluran ng Florencia at mga 60 km timog-silangan ng Pisa.

Ang Pomarance ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Casole d'Elsa, Castelnuovo di Val di Cecina, Montecatini Val di Cecina, Monterotondo Marittimo, Monteverdi Marittimo, Radicondoli, at Volterra.

Ang Pomarance ay ang bayan ng tatlong pintor na tinawag na Pomarancio pagkatapos nito.
