Ang Pignola ay isang bayang Italyano sa lalawigan ng Potenza sa Basilicata. Ito ay hangganan sa silangan sa Anzi, sa timog-kanluran sa Abriola, sa kanluran sa Tito at sa hilaga sa Potenza. Ang teritoryo ng Pignolese ay umaabot sa 55.51 km² at may taas na umaabot mula 700 m ng Pantano-Petrucco hanggang 927 m ng pinaninirahan na sentro, hanggang sa 1476 m ng Bundok Serranetta na kumakatawan sa pinakamataas na punto ng teritoryo ng Pignolese.
