Ang Paullo (Lombardo: [paˈyl], lokal na Paù [pa'y]) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Milan, rehiyon ng Lombardia, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 10 kilometro (6 mi) timog-silangan ng Milan.
