Ang Paterno Calabro ay isang bayan at komuna ng lalawigan ng Cosenza sa rehiyon ng Calabria sa katimugang Italya.

Santuwaryo ni San Francisco ng Paola

Itinatag ito ng homonimong santo noong 1444 at malamang natapos noong 1477. Dito nagtagal nang matagal ang santo at mula rito umalis siya noong 2 Pebrero 1483 para sa Pransiya[4] upang tupdin ang utos ni Papa Sixto IV kung kanino siya ay hinarap si Haring Luis XI, may sakit, upang hingin ang interbensiyon ng Paulinong taumaturgo. Si San Francisco ay hindi na bumalik sa Italya, at nanirahan hanggang 2 Abril 1507 sa Tours, kung saan siya ay namatay sa edad na 91. Kasama sa buong complex ang simbahan, kumbento, oratoryo, estilyador, at yungib ng penitensiya. Tumataas ito ng 683 metro sa taas ng dagat.
