Pagtotroso

Ang pagtotroso ay ang pagputol, pagkalso, pagproseso, at pagkarga ng mga puno o troso sa mga trak[1] o sa mga skeleton car (kotseng kalansay).

Sa panggugubat, ginagamit ang katawagang pagtrotroso sa isang limitadong pananaw na may kinalaman sa lohistika ng paglipat ng kahoy mula sa tuod patungo sa labas ng gubat, kadalasang isang lagarian o patyo ng mga kahoy. Bagaman, sa karaniwang gamit, ginagamit ang katawagan upang tukuyin ang saklaw ng panggugubat o mga gawaing silbikultura (silviculture).
