Ang Ottana (Sardo: Otzàna) ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Nuoro, rehiyong awtonomo ng Cerdeña, kanlurang Italya, na isa ring dating obispado at Latin na luklukang titular na matatagpuan mga 110 kilometro (68 mi) sa hilaga ng Cagliari at mga 25 kilometro (16 mi) timog-kanluran ng Nuoro.
Ang bayan ay kilala sa mga tradisyonal na karnabal na kasuotan, kabilang ang mga natatanging maskara na isinusuot ng mga Boes, Merdules, at Filonzana .

Noong 1110 ay itinatag ang isang obispo ng Ottana (Italiano) o Othana sa Latin. Noong 1503.12.08 ito ay pinigilan at ang teritoryo nito ay muling itinalaga upang itatag ang Diyosesis ng Alghero.
