Ang Murlo ay isang bayan at komuna (munisipalidad) sa lalawigan ng Siena, rehiyon ng Toscana, gitnang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog ng Florencia at mga 20 kilometro (12 mi) timog ng Siena.

Ang Murlo ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Buonconvento, Civitella Paganico, Montalcino, Monteroni d'Arbia, Monticiano, at Sovicille.

Ang burol ng Poggio Civitate ay isang sinaunang pamayanan na matatagpuan sa komuna at kasalukuyang lugar ng mga arkeolohikong pagsisiyasat.[4]
