Ang Mazzano Romano ay isang komuna (munisipalidad) sa Kalakhang Lungsod ng Roma Capital sa rehiyon ng Italyanong rehiyon Lazio, na matatagpuan mga 35 kilometro (22 mi) hilaga ng Roma.
Ang Mazzano Romano ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Calcata, Campagnano di Roma, Castel Sant'Elia, Faleria, Magliano Romano, at Nepi.
Una nang nabanggit noong 945, ito ay isa sa mga nayon na nabuo mula sa malaking ari-arian na binuo ni Papa Adriano I noong 780, ang kaniyang Domusculta Capracorum.[3] Kabilang dito ang Liwasang Rehiyonal ng Veii.

Arkitekturang relihiyoso
Sa nayon sa labas ng kastilyo, sa Piazza Umberto I, tinatanaw ang maliit na simbahan ng San Sebastiano na may mga fresco mula sa ika-16 na siglo. Ang isa sa abside ay naglalarawan ng pagkamartir ni San Sebastiano sa pagitan nina San Rocco at San Papa Gregorio at ang isa sa kaliwang pader ay naglalarawan ng Madonna na may Bata at Sant'Anna.
