Ang Mathura (pronunciationⓘ) ay isang siyudad sa estadong Hilagang India ng Uttar Pradesh. Ito ay matatagpuan sa tinatayang 50 km hilaga ng Agra at 145 km timog silangan ng Delhi; mga 11 kilometro mula sa bayan ng Vrindavan at 22 kilometro mula sa Govardhan. Ito ang administratibong sentro ng Distritong Mathura ng Uttar Pradesh.
