Si Lito Anzures ay isang artistang Pilipino na kilala sa pagsasaganap ng mga character roles at sa kanyang mga papel bilang isang kontrabida
Sa Premiere Productions siya nakontrata at halos sabay sila ni Ruben Rustia sa pagpasok sa pelikula dahil sabay rin silang unang lumabas sa Taga-ilog noong 1951. Napansin din siya sa pelikulang Sisa ni Anita Linda noong 1951 bilang Elias.
Nakatanggap na rin siya ng di mabilang na parangal sa kanyang mga pelikula. Lalo siyang minahal dahil sa papel niyang sintu-sinto noong 1975 na Ang Pinakamagandang Babae sa Balat ng Lupa ni Gloria Diaz.
