Si Juan Ledesma Manahan ay isang direktor, aktor, at manunulat na Pilipino.[3] Ipinanganak noong 11 Pebrero 1947 sa Lungsod Quezon kina Doktor Constantino Perez Manahan at Elvira Ledesma.

Isa sa mga pelikula na kasama si Johnny ay ang Kubrador na nanalong Pinakamagaling na Pelikula sa Osian Film Festival sa New Delhi, India.
