Ang James Bond na serye ay nakatutok sa isang kathang-isip na Briton Lihim Serbisyong ispya na nilikha noong 1953 ng Briton na manunulat na si Ian Fleming, na nagtampok sa kanya sa loob ng labindalawang nobela at dalawang koleksyon ng maiikling-kuwento. Mula nang kamatayan ni Fleming noong 1964, walong iba pang mga may-akda ay ipinahintulotang ituloy ang pagsusulat ng mga Bond na nobela o mga nobelisasyon: Kingsley Amis, Christopher Wood, John Gardner, Raymond Benson, Sebastian Faulks, Jeffery Deaver, William Boyd at Anthony Horowitz.
