Si Hernando Delfin Carmelo Arreza Iriberri (ipinanganak Abril 22, 1960) ay isang Pilipinong kawal, at kasalukuyang Chief of Staff ng Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas.[2][3] Nanungkulan siya bilang 56th Commanding General ng Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas mula Pebrero 7, 2014.
